Problem
Back Boddie (Lotion Applicator) faced a significant issue with their original structural packaging design. The insert card that held the product was not secure and frequently slipped down, obscuring important information on the front bottom part. Additionally, there was a lack of visual balance between the product and its packaging.
Solution
The solution was a structural redesign, creating a simple folding mechanism with holes that securely hold the product in place. This design not only ensured that the product stayed in place but also provided a larger area to display the brand and key product information. Additionally, this solution reduced the amount of material used, making it more cost-efficient.
